Standard LavCup Products
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at info@lavcup.com, and our team will work with you to make it right.
If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and, when applicable, replace the product at no additional cost.
If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 2 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may have already entered our fulfillment process, and cancellations or modifications cannot be guaranteed.
If you believe your order has a manufacturing defect or another quality-related issue, please contact us with your order number and photos of the product. We will review each case individually and determine the appropriate resolution.
Custom LavCup Products
Custom or personalized LavCup products are made specifically for your order and are generally not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged, defective, or we made an error in production.
If a custom product arrives damaged, defective, or differs from your approved design, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if appropriate, provide a replacement or other resolution.
Orders for custom products may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Once production or printing has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled or modified.
Sales, Promo Codes & General Store Policies
Promo Codes
Only one promotional code may be used per order unless otherwise stated. Promo codes cannot be combined, are non-transferable, and may be subject to exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, or expiration dates.
Shipping charges are calculated after promotional discounts have been applied.
We are unable to apply discounts retroactively to orders that have already been placed. Please ensure your promo code is entered during checkout.
