Shipping Times
We estimate orders to arrive within 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase. You may experience longer shipping times during peak holiday seasons, up to 4 weeks.
Shipping Cost
For all orders, we charge flat rate shipping (all prices in USD): $9.99
Important to Note:
• Updates or changes to shipping addresses must be made within 12 hours of your purchase. Please review your confirmation email and reach out immediately if you need to make a change
• We offer 'skip the line artwork creation'. This shipping option speeds up your artwork creation, as we move your pet photo to the front of the queue for our artists team. It does not speed up the courier's shipping time.
• If your order requires a new photo please understand that this will lengthen the production time.
• We cannot ship to Military addresses. In the event that you provided a military address at checkout, we will email you to request a different shipping address. If the cost of shipping to the new address does not equal the cost of shipping charged to you originally at checkout, we will invoice you for the difference and will proceed with your order as soon as the invoice is paid.
